Refund Policy

Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We're here for you! You can return your items within 100 days of delivery, no questions asked! Exchanges or returns are quick and easy.

NOTE: For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund or credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, the items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one of the items, please return only the item to be exchanged and keep the other item.

Maple Fashion does not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for items on offer.

RETURN PERIOD: We have a return period of 100 days within which the customer can return their package without giving any reason. These 100 days start upon receipt of the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 100 days.

RETURN POLICY: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale, with tags still attached to the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN COSTS: All returns must be sent to the address we provide once you request a return. Do not send the return to the return address.

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs to our central warehouse, including any customs fees. Maple Fashion accepts no liability for items lost during transit.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when registering your return, we will process it immediately. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After your return is received at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package arrived at our warehouse using the tracking number you receive with your return. From then on, the 10 working days start. After the refund has been processed, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
